Is it safe for children to strength train? Yes, children as young as 8 years old can safely perform strength & conditioning based training, granted they have kinesthetic awareness, body control, follow given instruction & maintain sufficient movement integrity.
What does Stärk Fitness
3x PER WEEK MEMBERSHIP

This membership will allow the athlete to attend 3 Team Training Sessions per week (12-14 Training Sessions Per Month)
2x PER WEEK MEMBERSHIP
$200 - month to month
This membership will allow the athlete to attend 2 Team Training sessions per week (8-10 Training Sessions Per Month).
