Built By Basics is our NEW Exclusive Team Training Program
Lifters are invited to train with our Team every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8pm
Something you need to know:
You don't need a lot of exercises to build strength. You don't need to train for a long time to build muscle. And you don't need to train 6x per week to improve your body composition.
Three, 45 Minute Workouts performed weekly; with ever increasing training attention & intention is all you need to see results.
What to expect:
This program introduces you to 2 Workouts & 8 Exercises! Perform these exercises with a specific Set/Rep structure & always attempt to set a mini personal record on Monday & Wednesday while maintaining proper Mechanical Tension & Integrity. Friday's are light training days. That's it.
The key to progress:
Rest. Stress your muscles with the minimal effective dosage of exercise & then let it rest, recover FULLY and then train again.
