StrongHER: Foundations & Flow combines calisthenics-inspired strength training with integrative mobility and recovery work, creating a balanced, evidence-based approach to performance and longevity.
What to Expect
Each 60-minute session blends:
Targeted Strength Drills to activate stabilizing muscles and improve body control
Mobility & Flow Work to expand range of motion through movement, not static stretching
