FOOD SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS
Symptoms associated with food sensitivities develop slowly over time and can intensify inflammatory responses wreaking havoc on your entire bodily system. Anna's first step was to identify foods her body could not tolerate and eliminate them from her dietary patterns.
INTERMITTED FASTING
16/8 METHOD
The 16/8 Method involves fasting every day for 16 hours and restricting your feasting (eating) window to 8 hours. Within her eating window, Anna ate 2-3 meals consuming all of her calories within this feeding window.
Anna alternated between 9am - 5pm & 12pm - 8pm.
On days when her physical activity would increase, she would open her feeding window at 9am. On days when her physical activity would decrease, she would open her feeding window at 12pm.
INCREASED PROTEIN CONSUMPTION
Protein consumption is critical for fat loss. This source of energy boosts metabolism, reduces appetite and optimizes the levels of several weight regulating hormones. Additionally, protein has a much higher thermogenic effect (20-30%) compared to carbohydrates (5-10%) and fat (1-3%). What does this mean? About 20-30% of the protein calories (energy) are burned while the body is digesting and metabolizing the protein.
Anna consumed between 90-120 grams of Protein Daily.
INCREASED ACTIVITY LEVEL
Anna simply started walking! Everyday she would collect 10,000 Walking Steps.
In addition to walking daily, Anna Strength Trained 3x Weekly for 40-45 Minutes. She used the Stärk Fitness High Intensity Powerbuilding Program.
I've lost 22lbs & 7 inches off my waist. No more acne & no more period cramps! I'm still working on the insomnia but I'm sure we'll get there. Aches and pains diminished, bloating gone. Take care of yourself! - Anna
