HOW SHE BENEFITED: Who wakes uo feeling blessed, ready to conquer a 30 minute walk first thing in the morning? Not many people! So, that just doing it is a Major Mental Emotional Win. Everyday for 80 Days Pauline created, for herself, major wins!
In 80 Days, Pauline walked the equivalent of 16 Marathons.

We didn't use a low calorie approach. All we did was Satisfied her protein intake, supplement it with Fruit & Vegetables, increased light physical activity every day & introduced 2 High Intensity Training Sessions weekly.
There were a few weeks where her body weight did not change at all, and it was little discouraging. Be sure, she splurged on her favourite foods; BUT! Only after she eat her protein first (that was the rule we had in place -- Protein First and then Cookie). Why? A little trick to balance blood sugar.
